Dell has finally delivered and I am sort of shocked

It took a while but little effort this time around. They sent me two defective units. I complained politely. The message was delivered. They took their time and send me a new unit instead of a refurbished one. And even better, they sent me a different model (a better one so I cannot really complain). It’s pretty impressive especially after hearing so many horror stories about their Indian customer support. I for one have no reasons to complain right now.
