Why we started this blog...

Dell India had one of the best customer cares we had ever seen. But things have been changing for the worse and we need to send the message across to the right people.

We would start with one specific case of Sharan Shetty who owns a premium segment LCD Panel from the company.

His Dell U2711 unit was defective from day one and he has been struggling to get it replaced.

Dell India has not been very helpful. And I hope we can use this blog and social media to resolve his problem!

Here is hoping for the best!
