Dell U3011 is a blinker

This flickering of the light drives me crazy at nights. Makes no sense why it happens.

How incredibly unlucky I am for Dell...

I just noticed a dead pixel on the brand new Dell U3011 that was sent to my place last week as a replacement for my U2711 unit that had developed some dark spots.

One dead/dark pixel is all I need to ask for another replacement. I am not sure what I should be doing now. :|
